What is Emotional Resilience?

Emotional Resilience could be described as our capacity to tolerate distress and regulate our responses to an anxiety provoking situation with flexibility or dynamic stability. We all wish to maintain our calm in challenging interpersonal interactions or managing work pressures, yet many of us lack Emotional Regulation skills and struggle to walk through the day with ease and flexibility. This leads to prolonged stress and burnout which can have detrimental effects on our mental and physical health, disrupting sleep and limiting our capacity for Emotional Resilience.

About the Program

Private Consultation sessions with our qualified Psychological Counsellor are aimed to provide an individualised therapeutic treatment to optimise your psychological and emotional well-being. 

Whether you wish to address a specific mental health issue or learn better strategies to respond to daily stresses, our personalised program will equip you with the necessary regulatory skills for better emotional resilience.

Following the Initial Consultation with our Psychological Counsellor, we will assess your therapeutic needs and offer an individualised treatment plan. Depending on your current goals and symptoms, each weekly therapy-session scheduled at LifeClinic (50 mins) may include:
