LifeClinic has been awarded the ‘2018 Patient Service Award’ from WhatClinic.com.

We are honored to announce that we’ve won a prestigious “Patient Service Award” from Whatclinic. This is the eight times we have recieved the best service award.

“It shows our clinic has ranked within the top 5% of the market.”

The awards are based on the rating which generated from a combination of reviews scores, user feedback and clinic contact rates gathered over time. To qualify the award, clinic must have a consistently  high ServiceSore (the rating measures the clinic’s commitment to customer service over a whole year) and so represents long term commitment dealing with patients. Less than 2% of clinics on the site qualified for the award this year.
